Company Press Release
21st Century Technologies Inc. Increasing Business in Two Divisions
FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1998--21st Century
Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:CNTK - news; OTC/BB:TEXN - news) is nearing
completion of the audit of its 1997 and preceding years' financial statements.

On an unaudited basis, 1997 ended profitably and the first four months of 1998 have
continued this trend.

Night sight orders have increased geometrically and to fill the orders the company is
adding another production shift and ordering more of the special machines, the CNC
Fadal VMC-15 Vertical Machining Centers. The machined sites are far more popular
than those cast. Most of the expansion has been made possible from cash flow.

Specialists in the radioactive Tritium have been called in to train new employees who
have to be qualified and be satisfactorily tested before they can begin employment. 21st
Century has a proprietary method for handling Tritium, which is unique to the product.

Law-enforcement officers in the field have raved about special aspects of the product
and have freely provided endorsements, available upon request.

A surge of new orders has inundated the factory. Some customers seeking the product
line are renewals; others are new additions.

Satisfied customers include: the Texas Highway Patrol, Skaggs, Griffin, the Oklahoma,
New Mexico and Florida Highway Patrols, Heckler & Koch, Kimber, the Dallas Police
Department, L.A. Sheriff's Department, Keltec and Continental Weapons.

The Night Sight business is a billion-dollar industry, predominantly used by
law-enforcement officials. In addition, the Army uses them on M-16s, AK 47s and
shotguns. PT Nightsites, a division of 21st Century, is on a mission to increase its share
of the business both domestically and worldwide. At the Shot-Show, a convention in
Las Vegas, they were inundated with new orders.

According to the Association of Federally Licensed Firearm Dealers, there will be more
than 7 million guns sold in 1998. 80 percent will be using night sights. That alone totals
$672 million. 21st Century Technology expects to obtain a large piece of that business.

Trident Division

In addition, the Australian Army just ordered six sets of magnetic ''Grippers'' from the
Trident division. This is a very profitable, highly proprietary product, the only one of its
kind. Grippers are worn on hands and feet to enable the user to climb any vertical or
traverse any steel structure.

The gripper is a lightweight magnetic device that attaches to any ferromagnetic material
-- iron, steel, or their alloys. The gripper sells for $4,750/pair and complies with safety
standards designed by OSHA.

including statements about TEXN's plans, objectives, expectations and intentions. Such
