Now you are talking!

'morning Worswick:

1)There should be no bombs. Everyone should give them up. That is my own person opinion. ...

Now you are talking Worswick as I too think so, without any exceptions of course right??? I believe the Indians have been saying this all along when this CTBT and NPT thing came up for discussion but some people we know didn't want to give up theirs',they said-We will keep ours but thou shalt not have it-go figure!! Brilliant logic!

2)Between times I remember our posts and thoughts on the BJP before the election. You will recall I was quite outspoken about the BJP and it's agenda. You replied: "They are only politicans doing politicans work...no one takes them seriously." ...

I guess I did say it about BJP and I still stand by it, but the 'nuclear issue' was always on their agenda and it shouldn't have come as a surprise as their manifesto clearly spells it out and they said so many times in public. The problem seems to be that nobody took them seriously.Besides the people of India seems to be in support of this, not only Hindus, but Muslims,Sikhs,Christians,Atheists,Agnostics and others, world 'fury' notwithstanding. I do believe,in national politics, the will of the people within the country often times takes precedence over what others outside the country thinks, though it is a factor but not an over-riding one. BJP however had to modify their stand on many other issues but this one had the support of even the other parties. Why is that everybody is so upset about this???Shouldn't the policies of a Nation Republic be set by the people and government of the country and not by the whims of some other countries???? Last time I checked this was the case as I don't see the Russian, or the Chinese, or the US,or UK or France setting their national agenda and policies based what people in India thought or anyone else for that matter.

Jesus. 980 million bleating idiots soon to be dust. ,,,

Perhaps, but 980 million 'bleating idiots' can now join the rest of the 'idiots' in the 'club' and blow everybody to 'kingdom come',unless of course all the 'idiots' get together and give it up and that is the intention anyway.
