Yes- the hearing is set down to proceed from Tuesday 19th.
The Section 17 as well as the interdict restraining NGS from disposing of the mineral rights will be heard.
The Section 24 is at the Ministers discretion.
The mineral rights are registered in the name/s of the owners thereof.
So if one did a trace on a property, the registered owner/s could be traced or their heirs with a little DD.
It would be impossible to have disposed of the rights or for other heirs to appear as the title deeds would reflect a change in ownership.
