I certainly like the last part of this release - "obtain a full FNet interconnection agreement with Telcom New Zealand, the equivalent of US 1+ access". This is significant from the standpoint of ease of customer use. If they can eliminate dialing access codes, and make themselves look like any other LD carrier, this is significant.
