But if these placebo successes at some point fail, will not their confidence be shattered and they then reject viagra. I thought for this reason was questionable to include placebo effect in the %success.

James Barada seems to be changing his mind because of the great numbers of study patients in Viagra trials who were capable of intercouse in the months before study i.e. not very severea ED at all.

I have argued that the psychological ED who take Viagra may well be "cured" and find spontaneous erections occurring and therefore take the V for only a short time rather than orgainc ED pts who will need it for the rest of their sexually active years. Would you agree or is my thinking limp?
