Valuespec, I think the value of the licenses is somewhere in the neighborhood of 350-500 million IF sold in the open market. Leaving Skyc with about 3.25-4.25 dollars worth of license. But that's if they were to sell it, I doubt they will.
But there are things about AMRC and Worldspace that just don't jive.
Like: Why is Worldspace debuting the service in Africa? How many people are really going to be able to purchase a 200 dollar radio? I read, on their website, that they plan on soliciting governments and the UN to help with distribution. Does that mean they want them to buy the radios for people living in Africa?

It just doesn't pass the smell test to me and I hope my tax dollars are NOT going to be used for such purposes.
