Jon what a joke.You know that it said " latter this year" and not late this year as you wrote.Could this just be another misunderstanding? I dont think so . Would you stop presenting half truths as facts please.I would guess that if the PR had said merger that it would be an SEC requirement to have the financials out. Does anyone know?
