JDN, just checked the CC transcript. Jenkins said that the change should be effective this Thursday. It may not happen til Friday, but Thursday was the target date. As far as I can see he did not say there will be a press release about it specifically. After he spoke about NMS, Jenkins did say, "Also in the press release, we talked about our management conference, which has recently been concluded in California"...etc. He segued very abruptly into that and I am not sure exactly what he was referring to. I find the whole transcript very confusing and almost incoherent in spots. No wonder people got a bad impression.
