Michael,

I have a lot of respect for your analytical abilities, and wonder if you have factored in another cash source: product sales. It seems that syqt did a pretty good job of ramping up production last q and grater production is expected this q.

Should financing be required, wouldn't you expect more favorable terms?

Having owned both companies, one thing I think the Edheads have right that caused iomega grief is their policy with preannouncing products. I suspect that Quest is near production, but won't be announced until it is ready to ship.

BTW, were you finally able to find a broker to let you short syqt?

Richard James

Michael: Withen my personal close circle of investores I herd that CPQ may have or is establishing a closer OEM relationship with SYQT. I personaly think this rummor is without foundation. Do you have any info about this that you could share. I will inquire further from my source and inform you if there is anything to this. Please relize that this alleged oem as far as I am concurned is nothing more than very old news to me at this point. I belive this is the same stuff we have known for years. I just don't want to discount this without checking all possable sources.
Thanks for your help.

Bob
