10:03 ET Westell Technologies (WSTL) 11 9/16 +1/16: Company announced it has signed a non-exclusive Partnering Agreement with Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Limited (FTEL) to cooperate and pursue worldwide broadband end-to-end access market opportunities. Westell will also provide Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) systems for the continuing development of United Kingdom (UK) trials in London.
