Graham James Bristow

Mr Graham Bristow is the Chief Executive Officer of LibertyOne Limited
and has been in the communications industry since 1980, both in
Australia and Internationally. He has been associated with the Comtel
Group Limited since 1982, initially as a distributor and then joining
the company in 1992.

In May 1994 Graham founded the public entity Omni Telecommunications
Limited (now incorporated into LibertyOne Limited). He is Managing
Director of Comtel Technologies Sdn Bhd, an associate company of the
group based in Malaysia.

Graham was responsible for the initiation and successful completion of
the Macquarie Bank - funded cordless PABX research, the acquisition of
the Exicom Limited telephone manufacturing business and its sale into
listed public company Omni Group Limited.

ftel will always be a dog they were going to merge
with dci telecommunication. Fnet big deal
The company is crap. The mm will screw with you
forget it. I have been watching this company for 2 years.
They will always be a stock that you gamble with not invest in.
