Chung Lee,

I take this as very bad news. If the reports of what DOJ is asking for is true, which isn't much, MSFT has already won. Why do they need to do anything? For them to try to settle the last minute suggests that there are more to it than reported.

Further more, any proposal from MSFT to accept government definition of what Windows should be just confirmed that Window is a monopolistic utility which will be subjected to regulating.
