I have done a little DD on PROFAC. Pretty Impressive!!!

Read this :

PROFAC Management Group

PROFAC is a joint venture of Bracknell, SNC-Lavalin of Montreal and the Enterprise Property Group. The company is
designed to meet the rapidly growing demand for facility management services in both the public and private sectors.

In 1994, PROFAC was awarded the contract to manage all facilities of Canada Post Corporation's facilities in Ontario,
Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. This five-year renewable agreement is the largest single private sector facility
management contract in Canada.

In 1996, PROFAC in partnership with PMG Technologies assumed the operation of the Blainville Vehicle Test Facility in
Blainville Quebec. This unique contract requires the partnership to manage the test facility while also expand its revenue
base for the facility owner, the Government of Canada. A press release providing greater detail on this project is available.

Other PROFAC clients include:

Royal Canadian Mint, Ottawa and Winnipeg
Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Testing Centre, Blainville, Quebec
Canadian Airlines, Dorval, Quebec
Air Canada, Toronto

PROFAC's success has grown out of its ability to build cooperative, cross-functional teams that continuously seek better
and more efficient ways to exceed a client's expectations. Head Office is in Ottawa and there are currently 250 employees
throughout the country.

In the press release TPII said that this service was for a Canadian federal crown corporation. What is a Canadian federal crown corporation?
