Oxford is facing 52 lawsuits all of which have been consolidated in White Plains, NY. The total claim is $290m. It is my understanding that Oxford had carried insurance and insurers will make at least partial payments.

Can someone with legal expertise help us with estimated exposure and time frame for Oxford?

Well, I have been watching off and on this morning. Decided that the bump this morning is not sufficient to try trading the stock. As you said Premier, this was pretty much anticipated.

Thomas- you may still be under water still, but the stage is now being set for a slow ascent. In retrospect, I was to early when I got in at 17.
