The point when the stock started to turn around earlier this year is when it hit 4 cents. At that time, I bought more to average down and it paid off when it rose past 10 cents. However, there were fewer shares out there at the time, so if it does the same, I would not anticipate such a rise unless major news is forthcoming.

We've all been speculating about Pep Boys and Walmart deals for months and so far the company has been silent except for mention of "deals in progress". Recently, this company has shown no signs of life except for a new China factory which ain't going far on the shares Spencer has sold at a presumed average of 5-6 cents. I'll buy down when it hits 4, but don't be surprised if it dips even further until the company comes up with some news.
