I agree on the time premium. I got into IFLYW much earlier when they had not moved w/ IFLY's first move. Hence my comparison. If you are long XYBR, then XYBRW are a good move to leverage, IMHO.

Exactly! XYBRW is simply a gaurantee that you can come back in the near future, when XYBR is at $20+, and by common shares for only $3.50/sh... Now, that's the steal!

Earnings out on VCLL

Earnings are out on Thermacell (VCLL). Sales are rising rapidly and they are preparing to agressively market their product in Arizona--a huge market. They make small hollow microspheres which when added to paint can improve insulation qualities. Energy savings of 30% are possible. They are also looking at microspheres in wallboard--making it lighter and adding insulation there too. It is now at the bottom of it's recent trading range ($1 - $2.50) and the ask is 1-1/32nd.
