Lee: If what you say is true, I do wish Paul all the luck in the world. However, he has chosen a very competitive market to play in: Titan is supposed to have an IPO pretty soon (if it hasn't already). This merger would have been perfect for him. As I stated earlier, Rick Sotelo has the most efficient motorcycle manufacturing facility around; and, has manufactured more bikes than all the other after-market people combined. He is definitely in business to stay. Also, he needs a public shell to grow at a faster pace. We'll just have to wait and see I guess. For now though I'm on the sidelines..

Any idea why Paul just released the 97 financials and said we should have more soon if his deal was down the tubes? One reason it may not have totally cratered yet is that some people who have been interested in it may have had buy orders set at the lower prices and hadn't heard the news to cancel them yet. If Paul doesn't do something big soon, it will be worthless shortly. I would like to think he didn't lie to me to my face, he seemed forth rite and if he was trying to pump and dump it, he was sparing with his news and didn't jump the gun. I have moved since I last talked to him but if he reads this, as he sometimes follows the thread, I hope he emails me what the heck happened at mtnres@earthlink.net
