I know only too well, when I lived in London I spent 90% of my time on the road travelling around Europe setting up and trouble shooting trading software (life was tough GGGG) . The hotel phone bills were amazing even when I was only calling other European countries when you factored in calling the head office in the US it was scary.

One method currently used to get around these charges is international callback. International callback is inconvenient at best. VOIP technology has the oppourtunity to take a large slice of the international callback market due to its inherent cost and convenience benefits.

The above are a couple of the reasons I was very happy to see that FNET decided to focus on getting international POPs up and running in phase one ( four international POPs out of 12).
