XYBR IPO involved the issuance of a unit at $5.50. Each unit was one share of stock and one warrent with right to purchase 1 share @ $9.00.
Subsequent preferred offering kicked in the anti-dilution feature of the warrent language allowing each warrent to purchase 1.19 shares at $9.00,or put another way as stated in the 3/98 10K effective exercise is $7.55.
