Floyd, When the media anticipates mergers or acquisitions of this magnitude, they are almost "never" accurate. It might be more constructive to spend time inquiring: 1) Why have we not had a P.O. for this quarter? 2) When will we see an order for TFS new technologies? 3) Is TFS being affected by the weakness that HWP, MOT and most recently their partner in LCOS, NSM are facing? 4) Have the "delays" suggested in the most recent 10Q resulted in any change or pushout of the previously mentioned "backlog"? If so how will the company choose to communicate these events, and when? Remember Jeff has suggested that the backlog would be shipped in the current fiscal year... 5) Why has the company not worked harder to increase its visibility with Wall Street and the institutional community? Are they capable of doing so? Interested participants might look at the earnings numbers released for Universal Display, a company developing OLED's. After you review the earnings (or lack there of) it might sicken you to note the capitalization..... I anticipate TFS will announce the opening of the China facility early next week. TFS will be presenting at the SID conference next week. I am hoping to attend so I can review the competing technologies. I am aware of other regular posters to this thread who have made definitive plans to attend...Maybe some good news will come as a result.. Have a great weekend.
