Bruce- First of all TVSI has not had a press release today. Secondly, In the Press Release of May 5th, they announced that the details of the reverse merger agreement will be filed with the SEC on approximately May 15th, which is 15 days from the date of the agreement's execution. The 15th is this Friday and I would be VERY surprised if they filed the details with the SEC but didn't issue a press release. Both the filing and the announcement may come after the close tomorrow or they may come sooner. I don't know, but I am expecting big things. RCJIII
