This is a recent Yahoo post in support of Sir Galahad:

All of these telcom outfits have "churn & burn" mentalities. Frontier, MCI, TCG, Winstar, etc. They hype salespeople to be as pushy and aggressive as needed to close orders. At the first sign of trouble they ditch the employee. This is the way they grow the business and it works. I believe every word Sir Gallahad posted.
