>>....let me know how they compare to what you already have going.

Okay, here's the deal. With AMTD, I pay $13(almost always do limit w/ them) on each side of a trade. NTBK is a bump up to $25. I do about 10-15 trades in a good month. So we're looking at about $120-$180 a month difference. I don't like the $3.95 monthly either, but that's just chicken feed I suppose. I don't care for the $0.15 charge on purchases over 2,000. I suppose if I did it in two or more (if necessary) I could combat the extra fees. No biggie. Can't remember if I ever bought more than 2K shares in one fell swoop. 'cept for pennies, and then you get what you deserve.

Now here's the kicker. For NTBK I'm looking at 3/4 below broker's call. With AMTD, I pay 3/4 below prime!
I call this a no brainer. Can't remember the exact figures for each(broker and prime), but isn't it like 2-1/2% difference or somethin close?

I'll be joining you in a bit. But first I'll wait and hear from your experience. But I figure it this way, If I'm gonna get a head ache doing e-trading, might as well be from some one with whom I have a finincial interest with.

I wonder what they'll think when I transfer over and they see close to 50% of my invested $$ is in their name.

How much(%)of your portfolio can you margin with them?
