The following was posted today by cjdbna . Wall St. Journal article today May 27th on page B4- "Chase Manhattan Hopes to Expand Using Technology". EDFY is a big part of what the article is all about. Using technology to reach customers through telephones, mail and computers. With Denis O'Leary as Chief Technology Officer, Chase is pushing the envelope in electronic banking- which takes shape in many forms. (Chase chose EDFY rather than build in-house for its Electonic Banking solution.)
