Steve: What a coincidence! I worked for ACS (a TAVA company) and wrote the requirements spec and designed the original systems architecture for the Chesebrough-Ponds project! So trust me, I have a REALLY good handle on this topic...<g> There was no direct integration with the supply chain systems at this site, but maximizing the performance of the supply chain (and taking advantage of a new product opportunity with Mentadent) was Unilever's reason for building the new plant...
