Doc: clearly you are well versed in the NCTI management's style. You hit it right on the head. It looks as if they are "looking forward" to doing a repeat of their last (and to my knowledge, only) profitable quarter - last year when they received the $3 million from Verity to co-brand the NXT products.

I bet we will see the same old thing - a loss of $3 - 5 million on actual sales and licensing revenue of less than $1 million.

I hope I'm wrong, but have little else to sway me.

Dr Mose,

A curious point. NCTI had 3.6 million dollar loss and .7 million dollars in revenue for the first quarter. That means, they spent 4.3 million dollars during the first qtr (total expenses).

If those expense remain steady throughout the year (or at least the second qtr) then NCTI management much generate 1.3 million dollars in order to break even.

If they can do that, I would consider that a steady flow of income BUT, still not enough to cover their expenses. It would however, be a 400% to 500% increase in revenue over their prior year.

Lets see if it happens

P.S. I hear through the grapevine several announcements before July 1, 1998. Expected to move the stock over 2.00 per share. In six weeks, I'll know weather all hype (probably) or someone has finally told me the truth
