Doc, TAVA is mainly an integrator first, software developer second. The statement that Tava has not written any SC software has absolutely no bearing on their core and is intentionally misleading. By force TAVA will have to involve themselves in the integration of office systems with the plant systems.

- Will they write their own software do do it? Probably not.
- Will they need to provide some high margin customization work inorder to integrate a solution to the clients requirements? Yes.
- Will the solution components cover areas outside their core? Yes.

Are they straying from their core business or rather leveraging it to grow their core business? It is clearly evident that they are doing the latter.

Doc, are you still trying to justify your sale or are you thinking about getting back in? I would hope that this thread has matured to the point where when a member sells he or she gives their reasons, wishes the rest luck, and then leaves. I've appreciated your input in the past and am glad you made some money. But, I still can't figure why the hell you're still here?
