Solution, often a good defense is the best offense. If you can avoid losing a lot of money on any one stock, you will often make back all your money, plus, on another. Just avoiding a big loss on any stock is a great achievement, IMO.

I am not married to any stock, especially small caps. They are not the marrying kind.

Regarding SKYC, I don't know when I'll sell, but I expect to hold most of them until $ 15+, as I see that likely based on the move about a month ago.

Right now, SKYC is trading just above its recent trading range. I wouldn't be surprised to see $ 13+ today, but who knows? Based on the volume in these last two days, I will be surprised if the ASK goes under $ 11.00 in the near future. I think we will form a new base here or go much higher.

I hope this helps. I touched a new record for my portfolio today :o)

SKYC: $ 11.63b $ 12.00a vol 163,400 2:00PM EST
CD: $ 24.81b $ 24.88a

All, can Someone Tell me the status of this waiver extension?

Please no Hype, just facts. I am not looking for the Pie-Eyed optimism, that is founded in the Filtered view of this company, but rather solid facts, of which I am hard pressed to find any on this thread or at the much touted Web Site, which I did check and still contains numerous Legal Violations. But I might add spec that you have incorporated some new ideas that are very Similiar to the Launchingpad.com, are you still stealing ideas from LL, for your web site? He will be very amused to know that after you stated that your site is so techie, you take his ideas. What a Carpet Bagger!

OK on to the Passage:

<<The two-year waiver expired on August 1, 1997, but remains in effect while American Mobile's request for a two-year extension of that waiver is pending at the FCC. American Mobile will need additional authority to increase the number of mobile data terminals that it is authorized to operate if it is to fulfill contracts with GE Logisticom and others.>>

I wonder what the consequences will be if the extension is not granted? What does it mean by they will not be able to fulfill contracts?

I am confused, but I am sure the Hypesters will say this does not bother him...
