Interestingly, I asked this question yesterday too. (It amazes me how many questions were answered that I forget about until somebody brings it up. <g>) Ancor was using Solectron for their manufacturing. (Solectron is very highly regarded within this industry.) Unfortunately, Ancor was a small account, and it sounded to me as if there was some pressure from Solectron to move elsewhere. (I didn't get much detail on this, so I don't know if Solectron raised their prices for smaller companies, or what the particulars might have been.) Ancor chose MSL, who is also highly regarded.
