I don't know if the SEC filing for the major shareholders has any negative significance. Insiders and major shareholders have to file with SEC before they can sell significant blocks of shares. It could just be they want to take their profits. Maybe someone else has an opinion or more information on this they would like to share. As for the lawsuits, they have been around for a while and are being settled. See my post #1957 regarding one of them. I looked into that particular one more than the others due to receiving a mailing from Acclaim as a shareholder. It looks like that one is actually being settled for the benefit of the company and shareholders since the settlement is being paid by liability insurance companies for Acclaim, to Acclaim. The settlement for that one will most likely be reported on with the next earnings release in July. I think Acclaim may show earnings of .06 to .08 a share for this quarter, but this is just my opinion, we will see in July.
