The fundamentals shouldn't bring the stock down to this level, but the psychology sure should. Luc, no offense, but a friend of mine said to me "Why are you bothering with Discreet? It's a Canadian tech company buying another Canadian tech company. Canadian tech companies never work." The management has a history of being poor communicators, the disappointment exasperates that reputation. Perhaps the shock of this reaction will spark some changes. Frankly, I don't object to this trading especially if it does provoke some serious consideration about changing and improving their credibility with the investment community. TD
