Clearly there is some rumor (like this) that is putting pressure on this stock. The numbers are too good historically to explain this weakness.

However, they are exactly that: rumors. I have rumors of my own. I know a sales exec. in a related company, and he seems sure that SMOD has the numbers to make $900M a year (revenue).

With that kind of topline growth, I'm not too worried for the next 12 months. We'll see next week.

Isn't it true that SMOD generally remains mum when their numbers are expected to be good and they forewarn when they expect a bad quarter. Now if they are mum, and they had said earlier that earnings would be low causing analysts to revise estimates downward to 0.31, then is it not safe to assume that they will meet the 0.31 estimate in light of their being mum now?
