Worried is IMO a suitable state of mind when everything looks rosy.
You're mostly in cash, and cash is king during depression.

Better safe than sorry, once the Dow drops under 200 DMA (and corrects a few hundred points up) better stay 100% cash. Precious metals could be a good bet, also long bonds after the first shockwave has subsided.

That's a very good question. I don't know. Anyway, the only stock market looking like bottoming is Thailand.
USD weakening against Euro and SF is quite possible, but as long as you buy things in Dollars that shouldn't worry you.
Depression will mean deflation, and you will get much more bang for
your buck, esp. in auctions.
