Robert,

When I said "stick to the subjects you know", I was'nt referring
to your math, but your assertion that India is a terrorist state.
Maybe I was too brief. India was going to be hit with sanctions
anyway whether they explode 1 or 5 bombs. They also had to test the
technology upgrades and obtain measurements, such that future
developments in weaponry did not need real testing but could be
simulated. India had suspended testing for 24 years, sticking to
international pressure and undermining its own security, while china and Pakistan were piling up. We can discuss till the cows come home. You might remember both China and France did detonate more than a few devices just before signing the CTBT.

It is good to remember that You can negotiate ONLY from a position of
strength.

My sincere apologies
Krishna
