I for one don't think what you post is so obvious. I think it is biased against the company rather than objective comment. It seems to me that everything is coming to pass maybe later and not sooner but coming to pass nevertheless. Are you saying any of the following
- The Hamilton plant is not profitable
- That US Filter is not working on a specific joint venture with TT
- That construction in Oshawa and Niagara is not staring as reported
- That the technology is not accepted by all as the cat's meow
- That Leibowitz was a fool give up his law practice and join the company
- That Richmond will not be completed by August
- That Spain or Russia are not extremely interested in building plants
- That non recourse financing will not be finalized for Oshawa and Hamilton.

I for one believe there is enough evidence of third parties endorsing Rene and the technology and his management to warrant faith in the company rather than disbelief.

Scott, do not make eery one reporting his discussions with the company as "working for the company". I remember quite clearly Rene's discussions with me (I did not call him, he called me). The thread did not like what I reported then, and no one had any doubts I was NOT working for the company. As a rule, I dislike talking to companies' management. I run an OTC company myself, and my principle was no talking to private investors. The reason, very simple, if I talk to a potential (or actual investor) I have to put on the best spin on what is actually happening (without lying of course), I did not want to be in a position were I would have to make a choice between misleading a potential investor, giving him "inside information" selectively or telling him that a new product will be six weeks late, since some receivables (to pay for the launch) are "in the mail". Thus, when I do talk to a company's President, I always ask myself what would I say in his position. Of course, everyone has his own taste in these matters, and I have no objections when other reports their discussions, but it would behoove all to be extremely critical of what they hear. I think this thread has learned this lesson by now. I have been preaching it since the stock run to above 3 many moons back.

As for the low value of the sock, within two three months (August, I believe), the pressure on the price from the floorless will subside, then, if Rene needs not do another round of floorless to stay afloat, the sock might actually go back above 2 and stay there, but between here and there, who knows.
