I'm wondering the same thing, John. I think the outstanding # is 13M, so if the insiders own a sh*& load of it, it will soar tomorrow!!!(too)

The float was 6 million in early April. Since than 2.9million have been added. (nearly 1 million on the new financing deal, and 1.9 million on the conversion that started last friday). The founders retain 9+ million that they can't start to trade until July of this year. The company is authorized with 20 million or so total.

So, the total float now is almost 9 million.
