Got Freedgar alert that financial SEC filings were out yesterday...Guess the info. taken therein was not taken favourably...will look there for wt. terms and to try to find out why it is getting hit so hard...around 1 3/8th's now....

...I tried to get the terms from the SEC filings, but frankly, there are so many different warrants out that I was unable to find the IPO wts. that are traded publicly. (see previous post about dilution factor)
