Hmm - I'm a tad disappointed with this brokerage service fee structure. I also used to be full-service with JC Bradford, handling my account as well as an estate trust, and their commissions were eating me alive - and I could do my own research anyway. Needless to say I jumped on Ceres when they went Internet a couple of years ago and moved both accounts to them. (Now of course they're Ameritrade). I strongly think most of us NTBK'rs are Internet-savvy and would be willing to save that $17 a trade and use a cheaper online broker. NTBK's strength will be in areas other than brokerage (for now). I love the checking and money mkt rates. I'm curious to see how their loan portfolio is being allocated... Holding for the gold... JD
