Hi Alan,

I think we should stay away from reverse splits unless absolutely
necessary ie: delisting to the BB arena. Some of the companies I
have followed did reverses because they needed to authorize more
shares and couldn't because they were at their authorized limit.
This is not the case with TGLEF as far as I know. There are a few
success stories when it comes to reverses, but I have found most are
unsuccessful. Shorters have much more room to short when a company
does a reverse split. I think we have a problem if we have to do a
reverse in order to get support.
