Gary, Lawyers wrote these things and we all know they don't speak english. (G) I suspect some of our DCI experts will be here to help explain the details of these filings once they have had a chance to comb through them. In a nutshell from what I have read so far, we have: 1. The long awaited 8-k for the Edge deal, no more doubts about it, DCI has grown significantly from this one aquisition. 2. Restatements of the past 3 quarters, apparently to account for changes such as some discontinued operations, but there may be more. 3. The S-8 is for shares issued to company officers and are filed from time to time. I believe these are part of the employee stock plan. This filing is of no significance to us IMO. James
