Re: About ALYD's new President, Frank Milligan (formerly of IBM)

Mr. Milligan comes from a career with IBM in which he has held a number of management positions in product and systems development and integration of services for IBM and third party products in conjunction with outsourcing bank data processing operations; developed and managed the total system solution for IBM's retail banking customers; and oversaw the development and production of IBM printers.

"Frank brings extensive project management experience in commercial projects and has been responsible for the development, marketing and servicing of a number of IBM products during his tenure. I am pleased to have someone of this caliber join our team and our clients will benefit from his extensive and varied experience," said Robert Gruder.

Mr. Milligan was educated at the University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). Mr. Milligan is married with three children and will be based in the company's North Carolina headquarters.
