Always more posts and bs around big news events.

I understand that the settlement will involve a new tax levied on msft of 10% of revenues on any product that is tied with another one.
They will be allowed to bundle, but be handicapped by the tax, with the tax revenues generated being equally split between the department of education, and saphy, but the money to saphy must go for them to develop a competing operating system to windows. The idea is to create a competitor to msft, plus slow them down, stimulate the new europe, and generate revenues for education.

Think anyone will bite at this bs?
