Attack-

Thanks for your timely response to my last question. I hate to be a pain with all the typical warrant questions, but it's obvious you know your stuff! Called and confirmed per you, that I call an etrade rep to convert my warrants. My question(s):

In the case of xybrw, are the warrants convertible the second the common reaches $7.55. I seem to remember somebody on the iflywarrants saying they had to be at the strike price so many days before they were convertible. If they are instantly convertible, wouldn't many do so immediately, due to this stock's quick rise, or will they wait for added value? I read through what you posted, got the strike price out of it, and the time line (1999) before the warrants would be non-convertible? If you can direct me to a faq site, I promise to leave you alone!

P.S. You think Kernan knows they use something like this in the traders pit!?
