Between the lines, the 10Q tells the story: It's the GSA sales, via ANADAC, driving revenues.

IDX's sales for the first three quarters of FY98 increased to $57.605M from $35.93M the year before. Almost all of it came from GSA schedule sales to the US government. Here's what I derived from the 10Q for this year to year (nine month comparisons between FY97 and FY98):

GSA sales went from 6.8% of total IDX sales to 34.6%
GSA sales increased by 711% year over year ($19.95M from $2.46M)
Non-GSA revenues increased only by 12.5% ($37.66M from $33.47M)

What has happened here is that one market of this company has zoomed ahead of the rest. And that's the government hardware security biometrics market. Probably TP-600s, Touchlocks and Touchlans. It seems to be enjoying a tremendous growth rate that has not increased from 1Q98, but has not decreased, either. THIS MARKET IS HERE NOW, AND IT BELONGS TO IDX. It is still growing rapidly.

If any other part of the company kicks into a similar high gear -- such as the Sylvan venture or Oracle -- this stock will take off like a rocket. Meanwhile, as long as Fowler and crew can keep a lid on costs, and the DBII suit turns out OK, IDX profits will grow very nicely.
