Nikko -

If XYBR goes to 12 tomorrow, the warrant should be worth $4.45. Or right around there. It should roughly be (price - $7.55)

My question to you is -- Why are you dropping 10K on something that you don't understand? Or are you kidding?

The following post has some links about the warrants.

techstocks.com

I think it says that for $7.55 + 1 warrant you can get one share of stock. I think that would mean that when the stock is over $7.55, the warrants would be approximately worth stock price minus $7.55. I also think the warrants are instantly convertible when the stock is over $7.55.

So if the stock was at $12, my guess is the warrants would be worth $12 - $7.55 = $4.45

I could be totally wrong however - perhaps someone who understands this better could help ?

Probably you will get close. Warrants will be at $12- $8 + $1/$2 premium= $5-$6 if people believe that stock will stay at these levels long term.

Hope you get out of your state of shock. You should have bought more.
