Michelle, Re -- DELL and BTO model.. DELL's current inventory level is a week, and according to DELL achieving any more reductions in inventory will be extremely difficult. Thus with the lower bound on the DELL's BTO model achieved it gives a host of others, time to catch up and perfect their build and distribution models. Futhermore using automated tools (as intel is doing) in supply chaining, the advantage window that DELL has is closing (about a year more). DELL is also outsourcing the services while Compaq, HP and IBM are investing to build their own. This will come back to bite DELL later. DELL has recognized the above and is trying to build its brand, however branding may or may not work in a commodity box buisness. Stockman
