INCA is Instanet (for Institutions). You need a Level 2 machine or Bloomberg to see this b/o and size info.

Usually this after hours involves small volume. It's the pre-market situation which is a better indicator of what's to come.

You need access to an instinet terminal. Instinet is a 24 hour a day electronic trading network where stock can be offered or bid for.
