Jay,

I am with you. It is time once again for the voting public to voice their opinion to their political leaders. They must think that most of us truly believe this is all for the "children". I have a young one of my own and there is no way I will hold the Tobacco companies or even Washington responsible for anything he does. First and for most it will come down to me and his mother on the values he holds dear.

I too grew up with the "Joe Camel" cartoon which was much more prevalent then. I do not smoke. I had smoking parents. I do not smoke.
I have friends and family that do or did smoke. I do not smoke. It is clearly a choice for any and all to make.

I have been with this company a couple of weeks after "Marlboro Tuesday" and was fortunate enough to catch the very bottom. I refuse to sell out now.

I live in Arizona where Sen. Mccain resides and still can't understand what the man is thinking regarding this issue. He along with countless other leaders who think it is in our best interest to destroy a great American company will either survive the next few election years or fade away in the sunset. My guess is their will be a reversal of fortune in favor of the Tobacco companies and shareholders because the democratic process will work eventually.

Jay,

We are on the same wavelength, also looking into buying RN, I wish I had
more cash, need to sell some other stock to buy RN. These politicians should
be fired, all they care about is how to rape the public by raising taxes, I just
can't believe that the public puts up with these idiots, all this raising will
result in a huge black market, look at Sweden, they just lowered their
cigarette taxes since there was such a huge black market.

Anyway, will add to my position if MO and RN dips more(hopefully they won't)

Pierre
