I have no real idea how this should be valued but REGL has a comparable number of screens, 2340 to 2800 for LCP. REGL has total sales of $509 M last year according to Yahoo (Why LCP will have $1B in revenues isn't clear to me) and REGL has a market cap of $1.1 B. If you assume that LCP can get at least $509 M and is valued the same as REGL then it should have the same market cap as REGL and thus for 45M shares should be worth about $22/share. If really does reach 1 billion in revenues then it should be worth $44/share. That's if it is comparable to REGL.
