Speaking of no money, anyone know how GRNO is paying their day-to-day bills? If these guys are still a "company" what are they using for income and where are they getting cash flow? Or is everyone just working for free until they can get back to saving the environment?

Add my name to the list (surely someone here is keeping a list, Charles?) of pissed off shareholders at the notion of Carraway having recouped his investment without telling anyone. Since one of the reasons I invested in the first place was the apparent willingness of the CEO to forego salary and place a great deal of his personal wealth behind the company, and the company's voluntary filing of SEC docs, this latest selling news comes as a real vote of no confidence. Just the thing a company in GRNO's shoes does not need. Doesn't exactly perk up my generally negative feelings about this company. >>>Scott

We were able to file our taxes with K-1 forms sent out by GRNO. I misunderstood your question, sorry.
